Iplex is diferent to IGF-1 as it has the added bp3 protien which allows the crossing of the BBB, also allows larger dosages and longer half life, these three facts are the three reasons why IGF-1 on it's own does not show efficiencey.
Please don't detract from the facts!!
No one can say for sure about Iplex as no one could get it to prove one way or another, now becasue of a few dedicated PALS & CALS they can so I'm sure we'll find out soon
Also read carefully: IPLEX IS NOT A CURE....IT IS HOPED IT WILL SLOW/STOP PROGRESSION
Those who have taken it (nearly 100 patients for well over a year) have reported improved breathing and swollowing, improved speach and some have improved minor movement.
WE WILL FIND OUT SOON ENOUGH.....ALL WE NEED IS FOR IT TO BE TESTED!!!
